CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING POLICY
Your spa time is held exclusively for you and your spa therapist. For this reason, we respectfully ask that you arrive 5 minutes before your appointment time. If it is 15 minutes past the scheduled appointment time, it will be considered a no show. We also ask that you give a minimum of 24-hours advance notice for all spa cancellations/reschedules and 48-hours advance notice for all cosmetic tattoo services. Please call us if you are feeling unwell the day of your appointment.
· Less than 24-hours a 50% charge of services may be charged.
· Less than 48-hours for cosmetic tattooing will result in loss of deposit.
No shows will be charged full value of scheduled service.
PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
We are happy to accept returns on most merchandise purchased from the Spa within 30 days of purchase and with a valid receipt except as follows: Unfortunately, and without exception, we cannot accept any items that have been opened. All refunds are for SPA CREDIT ONLY. No cash refunds.
